Kincannon & Reed Global Executive Search, a global recruiting firm, has named David G. Jensen to the newly created position of managing director, Biopharmaceutical Life Sciences.

Prior to joining the company, Dave Jensen was chief executive officer at CareerTrax Inc., a biotechnology consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Jensen served as founder and chief executive officer for Search Masters International. Prior to that, he served as executive recruiter for Govig and Associates of Scottsdale, AZ, where he opened a successful life sciences practice.

Mr. Jensen is a well-recognized life sciences author and speaker. He has a monthly column “Managing Your Career” in Contract Pharma magazine and he writes a monthly column, “Tooling Up” for the publisher of the journal SCIENCE. He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology and is a Contributing Editor for Contract Pharma.
